Friends r inevitable part of lyf. There is a nice saying ,"every one has a best friend but only lucky ones r able to be in touch with them for their lyf time.There is no relationship in this world greater than friendship. we understand its importance after we become far apart from our dear ones. We miss the times we spend together, the jokes v share together,the comments which v pass on each other, the meals which v had together, the fun v had in malls,beaches,grounds etc. Those were the most beautiful moments of life which are hard to get back again. Attitude makes difference not talent

When we look at others excellence we wish we would hav also possed the talent that they posses. Excellence is not about talent alone.Infact a major major part of excellence has nothing to do with the talent. In course of time after u go beyond a certain level ability or talent is most useless virtue u posses. Its what u do with that talent that matters. Here comes the word attitude which helps u .Beyond a point it’s the attitude which counts far far more than talent. Because talent breeds an igo and talent never solves problems beyond a point. In this era majority of young people extremely talent who the moment faced a roadblock don’t know how to overcome it. Because they never had the courage to struggle to succeed, they usually used their talent to succeed. I read an article in newspaper in Australian sports they don’t pick the people who hav never faced failure in their sports rather they pick the people who had faced some failure in certain point of time and bounced back again. Because those people has the experience of overcoming the failures in their profession.That is where ur attitude helps u.

                        What is excellence? Is it about being in the top 10% in ur work. Can talent take u that level, Is talent important when u get in the top 10%. Everyboby in the top 10% would have extraordinary talent .here what u do with ur talent it counts. In India we r dazzled with talent. But we r still developing country. In hardships and difficult situation it’s the work ethic and attitude helps far more than talent. We hav many fine examples such as sachin tendulkar, dhirubhai ambani, ratan tata and the list goes on.. so attitude ,passion and devotion to ur job counts far far more than ability. Ability opens the first door it can open the second door but its not going to open the last door for u.
