RADIATORS AND DRAINS

Frnds maybe you have all heard of this one before or may be haven't. I am nt talking about radiators and drains! not the variety of heat exchangers designed to transfer thermal energy from one medium to another for the purpose of cooling and heating. Nor the one that is an exit point for waste water.  I am talking abt types of people.

      I remember reading somewhere that v can classify people into 'radiators' and 'drains'. Radiators fill us with energy. We look forward interacting them. They leave us feeling really good about our self, and whenever you think of them, we look forward meeting them next. They r fun to be with, positive and full of life.They needn't necessarily be our frnds. They can be anyone around us. the only parameter for people to be classified as radiators is that when v finish interacting with them, we feel happy, positive and recharged.  

                Drains on the other hand, leave us feeling down. They may not say anything unpleasant but after talking to them we feel totally drained out. We r vaguely dissatisfied bt unable to put a reason to it. Drains might have talked very politely and pleasantly with us, but after interacting with them, we feel somewhat inadequate. Drains are not necessarily people whom v hate. they could be just anyone who leaves us feeling inadequate in a way that cannot be described. They can be also called as emotional vampires.

           Life is so short and so fleeting. It is entirely up to us to enjoy each moment. There will of course be moments when v feel sad, hopeless and unhappy. When that happens, it is time to pick up the phone and call the best radiator you know.
